These Terms govern access to and use of the Endeavor Elements platforms and services. For enterprise customers, these Terms are supplemented by your executed Master Services Agreement or other contractual arrangements.
Scope
These Terms apply to www.ee-aero.com and ciq.ee-aero.com (CIQ Platform) and all associated services provided by Endeavor Elements Inc.
Use of Services
Access is granted for lawful business purposes only. Users must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant Endeavor Elements a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, as detailed in our Security Policy.
Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and platform materials are proprietary to Endeavor Elements or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in your service agreement.
Service Level & Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Service level agreements, support terms, and liability provisions are governed by your executed agreement with Endeavor Elements. For general website access without a service agreement, our liability is limited as permitted by law.
Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes affecting enterprise customers will be communicated in accordance with your service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Enterprise agreements may specify alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
