Installation of vortex generators on the wing leading edge, underside of the horizontal stabilizer, and on the vertical fin in accordance with Micro AeroDynamics Drawing List MA2117, Revision IR, dated July 14, 1999, and Installation Instructions MA2118, Revision IR, dated September 21, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions to either of these documents. NOTE: If more than five vortex generators are damaged or missing, the aircraft is not airworthy.
