Garlick parts are fabricated and installed in accordance with Garlick Master Drawing List (MDL) No. 990115, dated May 13, 1999, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. These replacement parts must be maintained in accordance with U.S. Army Aviation Unit and Intermediate Maintenance Manual No. TM-1520-228-23-1 for OH-58A and OH-58C Helicopters, Paragraphs 2-123 through 2-128, dated May 25, 1984, or later FAA approved revision.
