Fleet

Compliance Monitoring On Top of the Maintenance System

Fleet provides compliance monitoring support for Part 121 and Part 135 fleets. It operates alongside the maintenance tracking systems already in place rather than replacing them, and it can prepare compliance findings for the marketplace sourcing or provider-fit conversations.

What this covers

  • Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin compliance tracking
  • Maintenance tracking visibility on top of existing ERP systems
  • Life-limited parts position and maintenance program alignment
  • Integration with the marketplace for resolution sourcing
  • Records integrity oversight across continuing operations

The problem

Maintenance tracking systems are designed for task and component management. They were not designed as compliance monitoring layers, and they do not coordinate resolution. When a discrepancy or applicability question surfaces, the path from finding to fix typically fragments across email, vendor portals, and informal networks.

How the workspace works

01

Integration on top of existing systems

Streams from TRAX, CAMP, AMOS, and similar ERPs can be reviewed alongside the compliance workspace. No replacement of the maintenance tracking system is required.

02

Compliance monitoring

AD applicability, SB status, life-limited part position, and maintenance program alignment are tracked across the fleet in structured form.

03

Marketplace resolution

Compliance findings flow directly into the marketplace. Corrective action can be sourced from qualified DERs, parts suppliers, MROs, and engineering services within the same workflow.

04

Coverage of services and components

Resolution paths cover services-based work such as DER engineering and inspection, as well as component-based work such as PMA and OEM parts, system replacements, and specialized engineering support.

Outcomes

Better compliance visibility across the fleet
Faster, structured resolution of compliance findings
Reduced manual correlation between maintenance system and compliance posture
A single workflow from finding to fix

Who uses this

Fleet is used by Director of Maintenance, Director of Operations, technical records, fleet management, and continuing airworthiness teams at Part 121 air carriers and Part 135 charter operators.
