One of the following is required as part of this installation: United Air Lines FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated March 30, 1976, or later FAA approved revisions to McDonnell Douglas Airplane Flight Manual Document No. MDC-J1010; United Air Lines FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated June 19, 1976, or later FAA approved revision to McDonnell-Douglas DC-10-30 Airplane Flight Manual Document No. MDC-J1030.

Modifies the aircraft to replace the existing Delco Inertial Navigation Systems with Litton LTN92 Inertial Navigation Systems for RNP10 operations. The installation is in accordance with DAS-1-WE Approved United Air Lines Drawing List No. 00025 dated March 17, 1998, or later FAA approved revisions. United Air Lines AFM Supplement dated March 11, 1998, or later FAA approved revisions to FAA Approved Flight Manual No. MDC-J5830 is required for this modification.

Installation of ribbon heaters on potable water lines located in the lower fwd cargo compartment RH tunnel area to protect from freezing. The installation consists of individual ribbon heaters, thermal protection, circuit breaker and interface wire harness. This modification was accomplished in accordance with United Air Lines DAS-1-WE Approved Master Document List No. 00562 dated December 12, 1999 or later FAA approved revisions.
