For Equipment Suppliers
STCs, TSOs, and a Channel for Distribution
Equipment suppliers run two efforts at once: getting designs certified, and getting them in front of buyers. An STC or TSO moves when the evidence, engineering judgment, and authority-facing work are coordinated and kept on schedule. We do that coordination, then put the approved article in front of the operators and MROs who buy.
Most STC delays come from documentation, traceability, and review cycles rather than the engineering itself. CIQ centralizes the certification workspace so requirements, design data, test evidence, and compliance findings stay linked from kickoff through FAA submission.
Where programs stall
Requirements Traceability
Bidirectional traceability across DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754B, and ARP4761 is where programs lose weeks. Manual matrices drift the moment requirements change.
TSO Authorization Evidence
TSO articles require a Letter of Design Approval, qualification test reports, and continued airworthiness documentation organized to FAA expectations. Surfacing the right evidence is half the work.
Change Impact Analysis
When a requirement, drawing, or test result changes, the downstream impact across design, code, tests, and verification status needs to be visible immediately, not three weeks later.
FAA Coordination
Submission packages, ACO and DER correspondence, and finding closures need to be tracked in a structured way that survives team turnover and program transitions.
What we do
Structure the certification baseline
Map your product to the applicable certification basis (Part 23, Part 25, TSO, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754B). Generate the initial requirements baseline and means-of-compliance plan.
Maintain live traceability
Every requirement traces to design, test, and verification evidence. When something changes, downstream impact is visible immediately.
Generate certification evidence
Accelerate preparation of PSAC, SAS, compliance matrices, and TSO submission packages directly from the live workspace.
Distribute through the marketplace
Once approved, list the STC or TSO article on the marketplace to reach airlines, MROs, and operators actively sourcing solutions.
