Life-limited part traceability review for an export package
This review prepares life-limited part traceability so an export package survives the receiving side's cycle-by-cycle scrutiny. It is run for the exporting party as the package is assembled, before handover. The problem
An LLP is worth its remaining life only if that life can be proven cycle by cycle back toward the part's origin, and the trace routinely breaks at a module build where parts of different histories came together. A status sheet asserting remaining life is not the same as the release certificates and shop reports that support it, and the receiving side prices the difference. Cycle accumulation recorded against the airframe has to reconcile with the part's own history, and a break at a prior shop visit is exactly what a buyer's review finds first.
