Mandatory Installations: To be eligible for this modification, all of the following six required Supplemental Type Certificates must be installed: SA92NW (180 hp Engine Installation), SA00275SE (Vortex Generators), SA00411SE (Extended Landing Gear), SA01158SE (Heavy Duty Tailwheel Assembly), SA01350SE (Replacement Wing Assembly), SA4095NM (Replacement Fuselage Frame).

Installation of two (2) Stoddard Aero Service Model 17 auxiliary fuel tanks in the PA-18A, PA-18S, PA-18-125, and PA-18-135 models and installation of two (2) model 18 and/or two (2) model 19 auxiliary fuel tanks in the -150 models. Fabrication and installation must be in accordance with Stoddard Aero Service Drawing List No. 98, dated February 7, 1975, or later Federal Aviation Administration approved revision. Stoddard Aero Service Airplane Flight Manual Supplement is required with -150 models having four (4) auxiliary tanks installed.

Installation of modified instrument panel in accordance with Cub Crafters, Inc., Master Drawing List MDL 102700, Revision E, dated August 24, 1998, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. NOTE: This installation includes provisions for mounting radios and instruments in a new instrument panel. Any additions or changes to the original equipment radios or instruments will require separate FAA approval. The maximum weight of the equipment installed in the panel should not exceed that specified by Cub Crafters Installation Instructions 102700-11, Revision C, dated August 24, 1998, or later FAA-approved revision.
